Naked & Famous presents the third iteration of their Okayama Spirit series, and it continues in the spirit of slub. Though a spirit is more of a metaphysical thing, these jeans are a very tactile experience. The denim is given a texture that’s attractively uneven thanks to being woven at a super low tension. The fabric itself weighs a hefty 18oz. just like the Okayama Spirit 2, but it leaves the weft yarns undyed, giving it a classic blue jean shade. And you might buy these at 18oz., but the fabric will put on some weight after a soak since they’re unsanforized.

The usual N&F fare is there, too — custom hardware, selvedge coin pocket, and, for this Spirit, a thick, natural veg tan leather patch.
