Manready Mercantile Hosts a Weekend Bash for Their 5th Birthday

Statistically speaking, the majority of fifth birthdays are celebrated at Chuck E. Cheese’s. So, when Manready Mercantile announced their fifth-anniversary festivities, it made their birthday look like an episode of “My Super Sweet Sixteen” in comparison.

They’re celebrating their milestone over the course of an entire weekend and it’s jampacked. Both days will have workshops including indigo dyeing, shibori dyeing, block printing, petals and pigments, and eco printing. Add to that the background tunes of live musical artists and DJs and a healthy mix of libations.

And, they’ve brought a bunch of their vendors along for the ride. You can meet a handful of designers and brands at the birthday bash including Abbot NYC, Craighill, Pray for Rain, and more. The celebration comes off as a mini trade show of sorts not unlike Denim Days. So, if you’re around April 6-7, come celebrate with the store, get your hands blue and rub shoulders with some industry folks.
