Engineered Garments is really out here with the evolved version of the US Navy and Coast Guard CPO shirt. Their Field Shirt Jacket, which comes in both a Grey Wool Blend and classic 20oz. Wool Melton, is a fortress with sleeves.

Made in NYC out of high quality, heavy materials, it features snap buttons and cuffs and more pockets than you know what to do with… or maybe you do know what to do with them. The Shirt Jackets are just that: both a shirt and a jacket. While the weather is still tolerable, it can keep you warm as an outerwear piece. But when the weather gets a little dicey, don’t worry, it transforms into a shirt right before your eyes, just layer something on top of it and watch the magic happen.
