Benzak Denim Developers has, well, developed some denim. But not just any denim. Their latest creation, the B-01 Slim 13oz. Blue Flame BT Selvedge Jean, utilizes a completely unique denim from Japan’s Kurabo Mills.
This special raw selvedge denim was loomed using a secret technique that results in different shades of indigo all over the jeans, creating a flame-like pattern. Weighing in at 13oz. and featuring a broken twill weave, this rich, ocean-indigo fabric will surely produce some fiery blue fades over time.
Coming in a slim-tapered silhouette, these jeans have a narrow leg that tapers down to a small hem opening. But, unlike other slim-tapered jeans on the market, Benzak’s feature their signature a curved waistband that creates a figure-hugging but super comfortable top-block. Hopefully this eliminates the chafe that can often accompany super slim jeans, giving rise to more wear and more fades!
Made in Portugal and featuring a button fly, genuine cow leather patch—and a hidden 6th pocket—these Benzak Jeans will make for a versatile summer fading project.
