A Kind of Guise isn’t one of the brands that we commonly feature, but their Lamport Shirt is an excellent interpretation of a classic flannel. Iron Heart might be known for the heavyweight denim, but that doesn’t mean their 9oz. Brushed Herringbone Flannels are any less compelling of an option. 4) Vermont Flannel: Fitted Flannel Shirt
Vermont Flannel is well known for their classic, flannel offerings, and since the introduction of their Fitted Flannel Shirt several years ago their shirting options have only become more compelling. While most of their shirts are available in patterned they do offering several, solid colored options. Despite the low price these shirts are made from soft, European flannel and sewn in the USA ensuring a fantastic price:quality ratio.

5) Canali: Flannel Shirt
Despite the fact that Canali is a bit more of a dressy, fashion-focused brand than many of the workwear brands we generally write about, their Flannel Shirt is a great option if you’re looking for a flannel shirt that can easily be paired with jeans or chinos. Made in Italy with some great details, such as mother of pearl buttons and excellent stitching details, these shirts are an excellent option for anyone looking for some new flannels.

Plus One – Buzz Rickson: Wool Flannel CPO Shirt
Buzz Rickson makes phenomenal reproductions of military-inspired clothing, and their Wool Flannel CPO Shirt is an excellent example. Made in Japan from 100% boiled wool flannel, this shirt is made with fantastic attention to detail. Featuring a single chest pocket with scalloped flap, chainstitch runoff, and custom twill backing, this shirt has all the great details you’d expect from a top-notch CPO reproduction.
