The Strike Gold is saving the world with their latest “Keep Earth” Natural Indigo Jeans. Available in slim-straight and straight-tapered fits, the Keep Earth collection is TSG’s first eco-conscious collection of jeans, using the most natural processes possible.
Using 100% organic cotton, on both the denim and the pocket bags, the jeans are already somewhat of a rarity in the raw denim game. The Strike Gold also utilized natural indigo when rope-dyeing the untreated short slub cotton yarns, which helps reduce water pollution, not to mention results in a fast-fading and vivid blue jean. Even the leather patch was printed with vegetable-based ink. A portion of the proceeds from these jeans is being donated to the United Nations World Food Program.
The jeans are unsanforized but pre-rinsed for the first time by TSG, so you can go with a nice and snug fit, and not worry about any shrinkage. They’re packed with texture thanks to a low-tension weave, some details include: Gold selvedge ID, pickaxe back pocket arcuates, and deerskin leather patch.
