Momotaro Applied Its 13.5 oz. GTB Denim to Unique Coverall Silhouette

Much like another pair of solid fatigues, it’s always hard for me to turn down a good clean coverall, and Japanese denim heavyweights Momotaro have offered up another piece of competition for the other coveralls and chores in my wardrobe with their 13.5 oz. GTB Denim Coverall.

A new addition for the brand in FW22 and essentially exactly how you would expect them to interpret this iconic silhouette, the GTB Coverall is made in Japan from Momotaro’s original 100% cotton , once washed, sanforized 13.5 oz. GTB Denim fabric. You’ll find two U-shaped coat pockets (reinforced with handsome stitching) alongside a single riveted chest pocket which will no doubt draw your eyes to the painted battle stripes on the right arm, synonymous with Momotaro’s

Contrast triple-needle stitching and chain stitching can be observed throughout this bad boy, which is finished with custom Momotaro hardware throughout, in form of their original metal buttons that you’ll recognize from the GTB jeans. But my personal favorite touch? The ornate peach-branded rivets.
