Oak Street Bootmakers’ Field Boot Is a Perfect Service Boot

Oak Street Bootmakers just cooked up a fresh batch of their iconic Field Boot for you to feast your eyes on, and they’re looking pretty tasty.

These are a peak service boot, not too slim nor chunky with that Goldilocks just-right toe shape courtesy of OSB’s Elston last. And while we’re on the subject of lasts, these are the only N-1 style boots lasted by hand  in the USA. As well as being handcrafted by skilled cobblers domestically, Oak Street’s Field Boot is made from some of the nicest leathers in the world, from Horween in Chicago. You can trust that these boots are made to last thanks to their re-craftable nature, just re-sole them when they wear down, and keep wearin’.

They’re currently available in 3 accessible colorways, each dripping with fine details. Beautifully contrasting Brown Vibram® 700 cork sole with brass tacks, a stacked leather heel, weather-resistant Barbour® welt with hand-painted edge dye, calf leather vamp lining, natural colored stitching, enameled brass eyelets, and waxed cotton laces.

Available for $518 from Oak Street Bootmakers.
