Weird Guy Fit

They’re alive! The Naked & Famous Denim Frankenstein collection, that is. Grab your torch and take a closer look at these undyed denim monsters. The Frankenstein fabric in question was milled in Japan from alternating twill patterns – transitioning from right-hand twill to left-hand twill every two square inches throughout the fabric. Monstrous, eh? Well, not really, it’s a textural delight. Touching your jeans doesn’t make you a freak – actually, it does, a denim freak (one of us).

N&F made two pairs of jeans and a trucker jacket from this undyed material: The Easy Guy jeans, a high rise, regular-tapered fit, and the ever-popular Weird Guy jeans, which are mid-rise, and tapered through the leg. These jeans all feature classic N&F denim details: metal button fly, rivet reinforcements, chain stitched waistband and side seams, selvedge IDs, bar tack reinforcements, coin pockets — they even feature vegan apple leather patches.

N&F’s denim jacket is a Type 3 reproduction style, AKA a trucker. It’s a roomy-chested piece with all the sexy details you know and love from this style: Reinforced front yokes, dual chest flap-closure pockets, metal button front placket, button-adjusting cuffs and hem, interior pockets, and side slash pockets at the waist.
