Fade of the Day – Elhaus Nomad (14 Months, 2 Washes, 3 Soaks)

Indigo-preservationists look away! Today’s Fade Of The Day comes to us from Achmad Zuhdi, of Indonesia, who made sure these Elhaus Nomad jeans lived up to their name by wearing them every day, wherever he traveled. Clocking in at 14 months of wear, they’ve certainly been put through their paces and now barely have any dye left at all.

The little indigo that is left can be seen at the hems, and poking through in-between whiskers and honeycombs. Both knees have busted through big-time—and there’s more damage on both sides of these jeans—but the unique repair jobs add even more character to the demolished denim.

It’s hard to see how these jeans could get more faded, and with all the damage it may time to hang them up, but we will leave that down to Achmad.

You can find Achmad over on Instagram.
