Fade of the Day – Lee Archives 101B Cowboy (6 Years, 2 Washes, 2 Soaks)

Today’s Fade of the Day is one from the archives–the Lee Archives, that is. Heddels reader Bobo Fransen of Sweden has worn these 101B Cowboys for over six years and finally decided it was time for the rest of the world to have a look.

Bobo is one of those dudes with the most simple and pure outlook on raw denim. To quote him on what he did to create his fades, “Just wear ’em – always.” With only two washes and two soaks in their life, these Lees have achieved some stellar fades. Rather than bright white to dark indigo contrast, these left hand twill fades are more vintage looking which lends nicely to Lee’s rich history in the denim biz.

With no repairs to date, these jeans will continue down their path to fade righteousness for a long time to come.
