If you’ve been keeping an eye on the raw denim game over the last few years, you might’ve seen the name Benzak Denim Developers popping up here and there. This edition of Fade Of The Day sees a well-loved pair of Benzak BD-006, submitted by Hans Jellema, from the brand’s homeland of The Netherlands.
Biking plays a big part in Dutch culture, and daily cycling has been a key factor in creating these crispy fades in just six months. Constant leg motion has developed some epic honeycombs and whiskers, both of which hold remnants of deep-indigo dye.
The lap is heavily faded, but subtle striations can still be seen running down towards the knee. A strong pocket fade completes the look on this solid pair of jeans from the Dutch denim aficionados.
