Golden brown, texture like sun. Even if you don’t like The Stranglers, you can surely appreciate this well-aged Tanner Goods Natural Bifold Wallet. It comes to us courtesy of Harry Skoyles of Boston, who’s been using it for just over three years, since receiving it as a Christmas gift back in 2013.

Harry works in an office and has to wear chinos or slacks five days a week, so we’re not seeing the darker tones from raw denim-bleed that we’re used to. Instead, the leather has retained a rich golden-brown color, with dark hues on the pressure points. The inside is still light and buttery, in all its original vegetable-tanned glory.

From what we’re seeing here, Harry’s got a solid wallet that’s still going strong, and it will only continue to pick up more patina as time goes on.
