Dawson Denim’s DD05 Deck Pants Use Selvedge Denim But Have No Side Seams

All hands on deck! England’s very own Dawson Denim has arrived with their DD05 Deck Pants. Dawson’s taken inspiration from the wide-legged trousers worn by the US Navy throughout the 30s and 40s, and used their stellar craftsmanship to create a solid reproduction with some tasty details.

The Deck Pants were made with a 10oz. indigo-dyed neppy selvedge denim that was woven on vintage Japanese looms, brilliantly replicating the detail and quality of pre-1930s fabrics. The fabric is then hand-cut into one-piece panels, which means the pant is constructed with no side seams for ultra low-key steez. The fit is a traditional, wide-leg silhouette, ready to be rolled up and paired with some deck-style sneakers.

Each pair is numbered and signed, and comes complete with a button fly, Japanese Kasuri lined pockets, and a branded canvas pocket-label.

Available for £250 (~$316USD) at Dawson Denim.
