Denim is most certainly for all. But, to be frank, it tends to be a bit of a man’s game when it comes to the niche stuff. Be it demand or that guys are just making jeans for other guys or whatever else, the breadth of options just aren’t there for the ladies. So, kudos to all the brands out there trying to get the girls in on the fade fun by putting out quality women’s jeans.

Samurai is in that group with their “Geisha” model, a once washed 16oz. unsanforized selvedge jean with a slim straight silhouette. All the classic Samurai trimmings are there — like a goat leather patch, five branded metal fly buttons, a fifth coin pocket with selvedge trim, Samurai’s signature back pocket stitching — and a few unique details were added to this pair, like the red ‘Geisha’ rear pocket tab and check pocket bags. Oh, and these have a pink & silver selvedge ID, because in 2017, pink is the new tough.
