Fade Friday – Baldwin Reed Classic Straight (3.5 Years, Unknown Washes)

It’s that time of the week denim heads—Fade Friday! And to ease us all into the weekend, we’re shining the spotlight on this pair of Baldwin Reed Classic Straight’s, submitted by Andrew Klimbal of  New York City. Baldwin jeans don’t come up all too often in our fade inbox, but when they do, they’re always solid.

Andrew has been wearing these Baldwins for three-and-a-half years now, repairing them multiple times and losing count of washes along the way. As a project manager for construction jobs all over the city, Andrew tells us he really gets around in these jeans, and it shows in the heavily faded thighs, which have notched up some really crisp whiskers, too. On top of some serious rope-age at the hems, Andrew has earned some shimmering honeycombs, which are even stronger on the front side of the knees! Complete with some lovely patina on the leather patch, these Baldwins are ticking all the boxes.
