Universal Works’ Bakers Jacket Looks More Suited to Hunting

Universal Works has been pumping out their popular Bakers Jacket for seasons upon seasons and their latest version looks like it would look more at home in the middle of a forest than it would in a bakery. Sure, it’s a chore coat, which makes it useful for anything you can marginally call ‘work,’ but the heavy Harris Tweed wool fabric is one too hardy for baking morning buns. Add to that the safety cone orange color, and you’re safely visible when out hunting.

It comes with three outer patch pockets as well as an inner pocket, none of which are game-specific. And, UW has gone and added a drawstring waist to this version, making the fit (and warmth) adjustable.

Available for $564 at Stag.
