Luckily for us, it appears we are in a new golden age for Knickerbocker. The New York-based brand continues delivering excellent collections, one after the other. In this case, the collection is a collaboration with famed film brand, Kodak.
More than simply tossing a Kodak logo on the Knickerbocker essentials, the new collaboration features brand new silhouettes and pieces, all of which beg to worn in search of those perfect Kodak moments. Knit polos, utility shorts, and photographer’s vests form the heart of the collection. They all speak to a certain urban kind of “GORP” (the technical outdoor clothing craze that has gripped fashion for the last year) in a way that feels authentically Knickerbocker and would be easy to work into an otherwise classic wardrobe.
In short, Knickerbocker continues doing what they do best. Building a fully-realized aesthetic universe that I, at least, want to live in. The mainstays of this collection are already selling out, so hurry up to grab a piece from this meeting of the greats!
