For those of us who love wearing black, and wearing Runabout Goods rugged selection of clothes, their Guide shirt now comes in coal black. Drawing on designs from the 50s/60s, the Guide shirt is a straightforward button-up collared shirt done right.
Mike Hodis knows a pretty pocket silhouette, and the two chest pockets on the Guide shirt are beautifully done, they’re certain to hold your phone when you want to keep those pant pockets free for your hands on a chilly day. The chin strap on the collar is a nice detail that adds a bit of extra function in keeping you buttoned up when it’s cold. The shirt uses 6oz. drill cloth which is dyed black and enzyme-washed while being cut into a mid-century vintage fit.
