And now for something completely different: a pair of jeans made with two different kinds of denim, and from only natural materials. Today’s Fade of the Day is one such pair, some Godfried’s Jeans 5010 MTM.
These made-to-measure jeans are made by Godfried Vanden Daele of Belgium, who runs a brand under his own name. He says the left, darker leg is Japanese Kurabo Mills’ KD55 denim, while the lighter leg is Italy’s Candiani Mills Sioux denim.
To top it off, Godfried says his jeans are all-natural; that is, he only makes them with all-cotton denim, sews them with linen thread, and uses corozo nut buttons. The rivets are not there!
