The Needles Rebuild Coach Jackets are a Scrimmage of Vintage Fabrics

Bleeding traditional American styles with Japanese fabrics and textures, Needles is heavily influenced by sportswear and military garments that offer a rugged, yet clean silhouette. While the main Needles line is worthy of attention in its own right, the ‘rebuild’ line really garners attention. Each season, Needles deconstructs a number of vintage garments and represents them in true Japanese style. Available in very limited numbers and unlikely to ever be repeated, the Rebuild line is exclusive and unique.

This season, Needles is back and this time they’ve focused their attention on the classic Coach Jacket. Traditionally a functional sportswear item often worn by sideline coaches, the Needles version goes the extra yard. You’ll find the standard features of a Coach Jacket including a point collar, snap fasteners, hand pockets, elasticated cuffs and a drawstring waist, but you might find an additional pocket amongst the block panels on this version. Their attention to detail goes so far as to use different fabrics for the welted pockets. Continuing to surprise and develop eye-catching garments, this jacket would be at home on the back streets of Harajuku or the touchline of your local college ball game.
