Like a mythical beast, today’s Fade of the Day is here to add some excitement and wonder to your day. This time out it’s from a pair of NBDN Golden Leviathan jeans, courtesy of Gabriel Lazuardi of Indonesia.

Gabriel says he wore these jeans daily to campus, from west to east Java, the occasional motorcycle ride, and just walking around. Add in the heat and humidity of Indonesia, along with the heavyweight denim used here, and you have the makings of some high-contrast fades. The whiskers and honeycombs are already strongly white despite the rest of the jeans still being relatively dark. Another seven months and they could be a Fade Friday!
