orSlow Jumps Back to the ’90s with Their Latest Jeans

orSlow’s going in on ’90s revival with their 90’s Standard Denim 105 Rigid denim. It’s ’90s American nostalgia, but Japanese, so done properly with faithful consideration to details. These jeans are fresh off the department store shelves, and in Japanese sanforized raw denim, your fades will be better than they ever were in the ’90s.

Aside from the obvious wider fit, you’ll find other ’90s details like the paper patch with perforated edges, the back pockets bar-tacked on the outside rather than the inside, contrasting copper stitching, double chainstitched waistband, white bobbin thread, and flat un-filled belt loops. We’re still wondering if the hem is lock stitched or not. Knowing orSlow’s attention-to-detail, they probably are. orSlow is feeling the ache of nostalgia for days when jeans were made like this—and so are we. Luckily, a good pair of jeans are timeless, so you can still wear those old jeans if these sell out.
