Robin Denim Launches Its Own Denim Line: Realign Denim

After 7 years in the digital denim magazine game, covering all sorts of topics and jeans pertaining to our little niche of fashion, Robin Denim is throwing its hat in the ring with Realign denim. Robin’s new line of Japanese-made denim includes a pair of straight tapered jeans, the RLGN-R, with more to come in the future.

The RLGN-R is a regular/straight-tapered fit, cut from a 16 oz. Japanese selvedge denim, sanforized so you don’t have to think about shrink. The 100% cotton twill fabric was milled by Collect Mills, and is known as “Structure Selvedge” for its irregular and slubby texture.

Details on the jean’s construction include customized brass button fly, a selvedge detail on the coin pocket (red and white selvedge ID), heavy cotton pocket bags, single needle and chain stitching throughout, rivet reinforcements, special Realign and Made in Japan tags, a limited deerskin leather patch that Robin has indigo dyed for the occasion, and the jeans wouldn’t be complete without a unique back pocket arcuate- Realign’s is sewn on with indigo thread so it will slowly reveal itself over time.
