Warehouse Reproduces Reversible USMC Classic P42 Pants

As part of their Spring Summer 2023 collection, Warehouse & Co. is reproducing the highly coveted USMC P42 Pants. Originals of these reversible printed pants are rarer than hen’s teeth nowadays, which makes Warehouse & Co.’s exacting rendition a tantalizing option for those who don’t want to live in constant fear of staining or ripping $600+ historical artifacts.

Originally made for Paramarines — which was a short-lived thing that is exactly what the joint name suggests, the P42 Paachutist Pant has been recreated by Warehouse & Co. in a way that respects and honors the originals whilst elevating the quality for the present day.

Made from 100% sulfur-dyed cotton in Japan, these pants featured snap buttons throughout and standard fatigue-style pockets. Side one is all about the jungle, featuring shades of green and brown in that oh-so-satisfying rounded collage pattern often nicknamed ‘frogskin’ camo (because I would eat a live frog in exchange for an original) – who said that? Side two keeps the pattern the same but swaps out any hint of green for more brown making this desert oasis a thing of tonal beauty. Oh, and this side enjoys a pocket upgrade too. Finished in an iconic HBT patterned fabric, you don’t need to jump out of a plane to enjoy these.

Available for $305 from Clutch Cafe.
