We’re Diggin’ Sage de Cret’s Indigo-Dyed Moleskin

Holy moly, take a look at these mighty matching Sage De Cret Coverall Jacket and Pleated Wide Pants in Indigo Moleskin. If you’re not familiar with moleskin, it’s a 100% cotton fabric known for its suede-like texture that’s highly durable, despite its softness. This particular indigo moleskin is done right, AKA with Japanese-grown and prepared indigo, like… this stuff is simply beautiful.

The Coverall Jacket in question is a unique-looking take on a 3-pocket chore coat, its design seems to blend a classic work jacket with the modernism only SDC can deliver, but don’t take my word for it – click through and see what I mean. The reinforced front yokes, draped back, metal buttons, and contrast stitching round out the details.

The Pleated Wide Pants are a nice and roomy pair of pleated trousers, and if you haven’t tried such a thing before, these are definitely a true blue pair to get into. This pleated front design features a zippered fly, slash side pockets, elasticated waistband, and back button-closing patch pockets — all made in Japan. Get a matching indigo moleskin work tuxedo and please let us see it when they’re all faded sky blue.
