Spencer over in California has been on a journey with the Journeyman Wallet from Tanner Goods for just under a year, but it looks like it’s lived many many lives before.
Worn in his pocket every day while working as a forklift operator, you can imagine the squish time this thing has gotten. Truly a daily routine that puts this thing through a patina-powered gauntlet. And may we be the first to speak directly to Spencer’s bottom when we say “We love your work”. With the edges worn down, the wallet has taken on a soft, smooth cupped shape. The color is on another level though. With edges turning a light shade of brown, it’s the marshmallow roasted center that creates a distinct contrast full of rich, dark tones. With plans to have this safely stowed in his back pocket for years to come, we can only imagine it will only get more personalized with age. The only question becomes – what pair of pants are lucky enough to inherit the subsequent fade?
