Sage Resurrects its 2013 19 oz. Denim with its Ranger Tundra Jeans

Resemble a tundra with the Sage Ranger Tundra 19 oz. Unsanforized Deep Indigo Selvedge Denim. Part of the 2013 Sage signature line, these heavyweight jeans from Indonesian brand, Sage, are back just in time for the colder months. If you haven’t tried heavier denim when it’s cold or snowing out, let me tell you, the heavier weight really does help insulate things down below. I can’t think of a better daily drive in the winter than a pair of heavyweight raw denim jeans.

The incredibly affordable Sage Tundra jeans are mae from a proprietary 19 oz. raw slevedge denim, complete with an evenly textured deep indigo-dyed surface. There’s nothing too crazy here going on, which is a welcome change from all the wild-looking jeans out there. Just some heft denim ready to offer up some equally heft fades. Just look at our archive of Sage fades to see what denim from these guys can do.

With Sage’s signature ‘hidden’ mountain back pocket arcuates, azure green selvedge ID, azure green stitching on the hem and bartack-reinforcement embroideries, contrast stitching, Sage green back pocket tab, selvedge ID on the coin pocket, rivet reinforcements throughout — and a special 2mm buffalo hide leather patch — the Tundra comes in a slim and slim straight cut, perfect for those who want to carve up a fitted silhouette.

Available for $66 from Sage.
