Warehouse’s Temple City Lot. 401 Sweatshirt will Butt Its Way into Your Rotation

Warehouse taps into two decades simultaneously with their latest Lot. 401 Sweat. First by taking us back to the 1930s when cotton replaced wool in the cut-and-sew manufacturing process. The Lot. 401 has been a mainstay in the Warehouse lineup for the best part of 3 decades and sports all the period-authentic features you’d expect to see on a Japanese-made repro of this caliber, namely; flatseamer construction throughout and on the iconic double “v” collar making it extra sturdy and allowing for better shape retention over time, set in sleeves, and ribbed cuffs.

A nice segue into the second decade referenced by Warehouse, the Temple City graphic that adorns the front of this iteration. The Ram is the mascot of Temple City High School, founded in California in 1954. This print lets you know that Warehouse has built this piece in the image of a rare sweatshirt that is likely in their vintage archives. Both the sweat and the Ram motif are two of the hardest hitters I’ve seen for some time – especially in that gorgeous olive colorway.

Available at Hinoya for $130.
