Since then, Adam has hiked them up the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and down the valleys of sand traps while chasing errant golf balls; worn them working inside growing cannabis and outside also growing cannabis.
As for cleanliness, this pair started off with an initial tub soak and then a tub wash the first time they needed cleaning. But after the creases were set, Adam has treated them to “luxurious automated aerospace washers as well as mountain town twenty year old laundromats.” See folks, you can wash in a machine and still get those Indonesian-level fades at home!
And incredible fades they are, the heavyweight denim and the high-tapered 888 cut have yielded high contrast creases down practically the entire front of the jean from a myriad of whiskers and stack fades that rise up practically to the knee. Amazingly, there have been no repairs or blowouts yet, something Adam credits to 13 years in Iron Hearts teaching him how to “prevent the inevitable frayed creases that ultimately require reconstructive repair.”
