If you prefer a more vintage approach to your denim, this Fade Of The Day is for you. Miś Rechberger, of Ottowa, Canada, has been wearing this pair of Heller’s Cafe HC-01 for five short months, and we can already see the first sparks of those electric blue fades.
Miś is a keen cyclist, which has definitely helped speed up the indigo erosion. His exploits have been far and wide, when a drunken bike ride did however chew up one of his cuffs, he rolled with it and repaired with off-cuts from hemming his jeans. The seat is wearing down nicely, with a strong pocket fade also coming through. Another year should see those honeycombs and whiskers popping through as well.
Inspired by vintage overalls, the hard-wearing, workwear inspired detailing (like that reinforced crotch) on these jeans should help slow down further damage and see Miś through to some truly epic fades.
