Fade of the Day – Momotaro x Japan Blue 0700SP (15 Months, 1 Wash, 1 Soak)

Seeing this pair of jeans for the first time, our initial reaction was, “How the heck are they THAT faded at only 15 months?!” We kept reading and quickly found out they came from Indonesia, sent over by Heddels reader Rudiansyah, and our questions were answered. These Momotaro x Japan Blue 0700SPs easily earned their spot on today’s Fade of the Day.

Rudiansyah didn’t tell us what it is he does to achieve such crazy fades, but we can make some assumptions based on his wear patterns. We wouldn’t be surprised if he wore these jeans for a wide variety of activities, judging by the dirty thighs and very tight whiskering. Also, the honeycombs suggest a lot of movement. He’s darn near faded through those signature Momo battle stripes on the rear pocket, but they look to be holding up really well all the same.
