Denim on the legs? Leather around the waist! Today’s Fade of the Day is a two-for-one deal with two mysterious leather belts sent to us by Pete Sullivan of the UK, who was also kind enough to recently share his Ashland jacket with us.

Pete says he bought these belts about 20 years ago and has worn them regularly since. The black belt is showing plenty of grain, plus a satisfying rusty patina on the buckle. Meanwhile, that brown belt is showing all kinds of character! Lots of patina, subtle cracking, and a whole rainbow of worn-down leather tones.

Can these belts last another 10 or 20 years? Only time will tell.
