This pair of jeans is owned and loved by Malaysia’s Ahmad Fitry and was his entry into the Denimio denim shop’s great denim battle: Oni vs. Samurai. With fades this beastly we had to bypass Fade Of The Day.  That’s right, this pair of 277XX has made the grade and is given our top title, the coveted Fade Friday!

The pair has an uncanny aquatic theme to it with its shimmering tide pools and riptides in the whiskers, the honeycombs, and in the formations of the stacks. The denim also stays on theme with darkest areas reminiscent of the deep ocean and the lightest areas conjuring the image of breaking waves.
