Studio D’Artisan Renders Relax-Tapered Jeans In California’s Foxfibre®

Studio D’Artisan’s getting foxy with their Fox-001  Cotton Coyote Relaxed Tapered Jeans. SDA continues their trend of implementing natural elements into their jean and this time around, they’re using naturally colored Foxfibre® cotton from Viriditas Farm in the Capay Valley, California. This historically short-staple cotton is colored coyote brown naturally, it’s high air density allows for quick drying, retains heat, and even cuts off UV light up to 95%.

Cut from slubby 15 oz. brown-cast indigo warp, mocha weft Foxfibre® denim, the Fox-001 is a straight tapered jean, so you get a bit of wiggle of room in the waist and thigh with none of that extra fabric sloshing around your lower legs. They’re unsanforized with a one-wash treatment that should have removed most of the shrink, but it might be wise to size up given Studio D’Artisan’s infamous vanity sizing.

Laced with hallmarks of Studio D’Artisan’s stellar construction methods such as raised belt loops, bartack reinforcements, and chain stitching – each pair is made in Japan and finished with custom embossed rivets, pocket arcuates, and a coyote embossed pony hair leather patch to match your brown-hued coyote-esque fades.
