NIGO Unveils HUMAN MADE x Levi’s ‘Made In Japan’ Collection

Fresh off the back of his debut collection for Kenzo and an album release featuring a who’s who of hip hop artists, streetwear and cultural icon NIGO shifts his focus back to his own label Human Made to unveil a collaboration with Levi’s dubbed the ‘Made In Japan’ collection. Where does that dude find the time for all this?

As the name suggests, this collection is a nod to Japanese culture and is super sharp – as it’s only 2 pieces. The standout for me being a classic Levi’s 506 Trucker Jacket, a type I made from selvedge denim, that features the killer combination of both brand logos and slogans embroidered in. The other half of the collection is a bit lazy, to say the least, with the collab seeing just a bit of co-branding on the hardware and sundries added to a pair of 1944 501 STF raw denim jeans.

As well as being the model for the collection, NIGO also shared a short visual on his instagram shot in the historic Izushi Eirakukan Theatre in Kinki Japan which is well worth checking out.

The collection is available through Levi’s with prices ranging from $290-$495
