Ginew’s Orange Wax Canvas Riders Jacket is Tastefully High-Vis

It’s not often that we’re presented with a garment that’s saturated in both color and storytelling, but the Wax Canvas Rider Jacket by Ginew is exactly that.

Inspired by and paying homage to, the founder’s grandfather who commuted weekly from the Mohican Indian reservation to weld for Harley Davidson during the 50s and 60s- “We built the jacket with his characteristics and values. Resilience. Bravery. Honesty. Dedication. Strength. Durability. Toughness”. The use of a super tough/durable 10 oz. wax canvas material that has been made for the U.S. Military out is a testament to this. Ginew challenges you to wear this stuff out — always a good sign if durability is at the top of your priorities.

Made in the U.S.A. with a silhouette based on classic trucker jacket styles, the Wax Canvas Rider Jacket features two front side pockets, two internal pouch pockets, and two front chest pockets. Various local Moto club jackets of that same era provide the second source of inspiration, manifested through the slimming of the sides, and added length to the back and sleeves for riding comfort. Custom Ginew hardware throughout completes this striking future staple.
