Mister Freedom’s Latest Ranger Shirt is Made From NOS Cone Mills Double-Indigo Twill

Still hunting for that one indigo shirt to slip seamlessly into your rotation for any given season and/or occasion? Allow me to posit the Ranger Shirt from L.A.-based Mister Freedom.

A mainstay in the brand’s lineup and cut using an original pattern inspired by a combination of classic 30s and 40s workwear and casual preppy shirting, this particular iteration of the Ranger Shirt is constructed from a 7 oz. NOS double indigo twill from Cone Mills. Yep, the OG Cone Mills White Oak Plant. And it has a bunch of other details that really set it apart.

Housed within this relaxed fitting silhouette you’ll find double check pockets with an inverted box pleat and red bartack accents, a full button placket featuring 50s style “catseye” buttons, topped off (literally) with the addition of a chin strap. Side gussets with contrasting chain stitch with a nice run-off detail finish this versatile no-brainer of a button-down.

Made in USA and available from Franklin & Poe for $300
