Shockoe Ateliers Steps Into Japanese Selvedge Duck Canvas

These duck canvas Shockoe Atelier jeans look tough, guys. Like, I imagine you could use them as a bumper guard all winter and they’d just sort of shrug come spring. And if you want to actually wear them, they come in a relaxed fit ready for any vigorous tough-guy activities.

In regards to what they’re comprised of (aside from nails), these jeans were built with an 11 oz. Collect Mills selvedge duck canvas in classic duck brown, a button fly, branded black-coated copper rivets and buttons, lined back pockets, reinforced front pockets, chainstitched hems, and a veg-tanned leather patch at the back.

Fit-wise, they have a roomy seat and straight legs that taper toward the ankle and they should break in in a similar fashion to Shockoe’s classic, hard-wearing denim offerings.

Available for $245 at American Trench.
