Alyasha Owerka-Moore’s Thee Teen-Aged Delivers USA-Made Jeans With Attitude

When you’ve lived a life as interesting as Alyasha Owerka-Moore, it’s only natural that your next step would be to form your own brand. That brand would definitely be called Thee Teen-Aged (because why wouldn’t it be) and you would obviously make your own jeans. And that’s exactly what he did with the latest rock n’ roll inspired release from Thee Teen-Aged — the Mr. Wilson and Thee Teen-Aged Jean.

Simple and to the point with just a touch of vintage class, these two new denim releases by TTA speak more on motifs of a deep-rooted piece of rebel and punk culture than anything else. There are no frilly write-ups over exaggerating the inspiration for the products — just straight facts.

The Mr. Wilson is made with a 13oz. Cone Mills selvedge cut into a regular fit with a tapered leg while the eponymous Thee Teen-Aged jean is made with “14oz. of fuck you.” The “fuck you” in question is actually Japanese selvedge denim and it’s cut into a vintage straight leg. Held shut by a button fly, these jeans also feature durable lined back pockets and a unique leather back patch to separate you from the pack. That is… if the rest of your pack wears vintage-inspired jeans.

Available for $200 at Thee Teen-Aged.
