3sixteen Releases Two Vintage-Inspired Rancher Jackets

The latest outerwear offering from New York City-based 3sixteen will leave you with just two choices – would you like your denim dark, or darker? The new vintage-inspired Rancher Jackets are a throwback to the golden era of the old west, down to the last zig-zag stitch.

Okay, so these aren’t really the same jackets that were once worn on the ol’ ranch, but 3sixteen worked their magic to create a thoughtful piece with a modern fit to suit their customers. So what was once a short, cropped fit – allowing for optimal leg movement while roping steer – is now a longer and slimmer silhouette, one that comes close to a chore coat style. A single flap chest pocket is paired with two waist pockets for plenty of storage, and while there’s no signature pocket arc flair, they made up for it with a classic zig-zag placket and collar stitching.

Both Indigo Nep and Shadow Selvedge are available for $265 at Standard & Strange.
