We like our fades how we like our coffee; strong. So for this edition of Fade Of The Day, we have this pair of Unbranded UB121, submitted by Eilo, from Canada. Eilo works as a barista, and he’s been wearing these jeans hard for 16 months now.
As well as making thousands of cups of coffee, Eilo has been involved in a bicycle crash, moved houses seven times, and walked through miles of snow in these jeans. His journey has left these jeans with awesome fades and patina all over. Whiskers and honeycombs have come through in force, and the pocket fades on the front are sharp and defined. Eilo also kept a Lego figurine in the back pocket, which has left interesting fade patterns—go figure!
Even though Eilo has spilled countless coffee on his jeans, he’s never washed them. Keeping them dry has helped the contrast of the fades, but has caused the crotch to blow out. With the right repairs, however, Eilo can carry on coffee pourin’ and snow trekking in these Unbrandeds.
