Tomorrowland Weaves Paper and Denim Together

I’m into Tomorrowland. Like, if I was a high-paid creative at a morally dubious social network, slotting myself in midday with the company masseuse before my brand identity meeting, I would probably go head-to-toe on occasion because they got range.

And if you’re looking to do that but not do the mix-and-match thing, this Paper Denim Suit certainly provides just that excuse. Made from what the Japanese label is calling paper denim — a 68/32 cotton/paper blend that’s perfect for the warm weather — this separately-sold two-piece set is basically the closest thing 2019 could handle to the Bing Crosby joint.

The boxy-fitting Coverall features notched lapels, a three-button front, a straight hem and some patch pockets at the front, while the pants feature a relaxed top block, a tapered leg with a pressed pleat down the center, slant pockets at the front, a zipper fly and patch pockets at the back.

They’re both available from the Canoe Club — the jacket costs $650 and the pants are $350.
