Kojima Genes x SF’s newest collab brings heavyweight left-hand twill goodness to you in two different complementary cuts. How often do you see a denim you really want, only to find that the cut doesn’t work for you? Kojima tactfully skirted this issue by dropping their new 18oz. LHT in both a straight and slim cut.
The limited release is made in Kojima, Japan from 100% American cotton, where the fabric is milled on vintage looms. The Left Hand Twill’s tendency to break in quickly and comfortably will be a nice incentive to try out the relatively heavy 18oz. selvedge denim. The straight cut caters to the repro crowd, with vintage details like a button fly and hidden rivets. The slim cut, on the other hand, takes cues from more modern styles, staying pretty tapered and featuring a zip fly.
This crowd-sourced campaign needs a certain amount of support to proceed and you have until May 13 to throw your hat in the ring. If you pre-order either of these amazing jeans, you can expect to receive them sometime in June.
