Brown’s Beach References Early Aviation Garb With Its BBJ10-011 Flight Cap

Famed Japanese denim gurus Full Count have enlisted the skilled hands of the H.W. Dog & Co. in order to come up with the ‘Flight Cap’ in Brown’s Beach Cloth. Brown’s Beach cloth is revered by all in in the heritage world as one of the most iconic fabrics of the early twentieth century and is made by weaving two different colored threads together, giving the finished article a distinctive salt and pepper appearance.

Inspired by early aviation headgear, the Flight Cap is a new offering from Full Count and produced exclusively by the Japanese hat-makers. Constructed from a cotton and wool blend and coming in three colors, it features branded snap buttons, fake pile fur, cotton taped seams and a cotton sweatband. Made in Japan.
