Tenjin Works Crafts a 70s-Inspired Cowhide Coach Jacket

Tenjin Works has made a jacket for all the cowboy football coaches out there. The Japanese brand’s Leather Coach Jacket is ready to spend on the field, and it’s a hell of a lot more hard-wearing than your old high school coach jacket.

This fine piece is a classic Coach jacket silhouette, with all the usual details you’d expect, but constructed from steerhide. This natural vegetable-tanned leather will only get better with age (just check our fades archives for proof), so throw out that old polyester Coaches jacket and bring some patina to the game.

You’re looking at branded brass snaps on the front, an adjustable drawcord on the hem, point collar, elastic cuffs, hip pockets, and Tenjin branded leather patch. It’s certainly a stunner, and one can only imagine this thing years down the road, darkened from sun, sweat, coffee stains, and grease. All; the good stuff.
