Hinoya Stocked up on Rocky Mountain Featherbed’s Most Iconic Jacket

It’s getting colder by the day, and what better protection against the chill than Rocky Mountain Featherbed‘s classic Christy Jacket? It’s the down clothing brand’s signature model that has cemented itself as a cold-weather staple in the heritage scene.

The Christy has the details to back it up, too, being cut from its original 70-denier nylon taffeta fabric, with 90-10 down-feathers filling throughout the quilted lining. RMF applied a water-resistant finish to the nylon, allowing for protection against the elements, all the while keeping you as insulated as can be. The Christy’s signature western-style chrome-tanned leather yokes are also going to be element-resistant, thanks to their being packed with chrome. That’s some truly tough leather that will age wonderfully. The fleece collar is made from sheep mouton animal fibers, sourced in the USA, so your neck is going to be nice and toasty come snowfall.

The jacket also features dual hand-warming pockets at the chest, snap button front closure, side gussets, ribbed adjustable cuffs, and more. Available in a slew of beautiful colors that are sure to pair with your heaviest of denims, RMF goods are stitched together in Japan to last a lifetime, and then some.

Available for $680 from HINOYA.
