Samurai Jeans slice through your normal fade expectations with proprietary denim that accentuates the way they age. Today’s Fade of the Day is no exception. Aji Abdul Aziz, of Bandung, Indonesia, has been wearing his Samurai S710xx for less than a year but has already achieved fades worthy of our attention.
The denim evo is highlighted by gorgeous shades of blue, creating strong contrast and definition. The thighs have seen the most wear, and the pockets have faded well to reveal the Samurai’s once-hidden stealth arcs. The honeycombs are wide and prominent, as are the whiskers, and we also have some very subtle train track fades on the outseam.
Aji has no doubt had some help from the Indonesian weather, but we take nothing away from his Samurais. Give these another year and they will certainly be ready for Fade Friday.
