Five Plus One is our weekly series of buyer’s guides. We pick a specific category and dig up five great options along with one that’s a little outside the norm.
Whether you’re looking to stand out or blend in you can’t go wrong with camo pants. It’s a subject we’ve covered many times before, but the items on those lists have long since sold out. While we’re probably not going to change your mind if you’re not a fan of camo, we hope this list shows you some of the best the world of camo has to offer.
1) RRL: Camo Ripstop Cargo Pant ‘Woodland Camo’
If you’re looking for a classic, no-nonsense pair of camo pants you can’t go wrong with these RRL Camo Ripstop Cargo Pants. 2) Pherrow’s: PUPT1 Utility Fatigue Pant Camo
Pherrow’s isn’t one of the most well-known brands in the state, but their heritage-inspired garb is slowly making its way into more wardrobes thanks to more stockists recognizing the brand’s prowess for making fantastic clothing. Their PUPt1 Utility Fatigue Pant features a 100% cotton duck camo herringbone fabric and the iconic large patch pockets of fatigue pants. Designed to fade with wear, these pants are perfect for any denimhead looking to add just a bit of camo variety to their rotation.

4) Stan Ray: Woodland Camo Fatigue Pants Original Fit
We wouldn’t reccomend breaking the bank when trying a new style, so if you’re new to camo maybe consider something affordable yet solid like Stan Rays Woodland Camo Fatigue Pants. They’re made in the USA from 100% cotton 8 oz. ripstop fabric with a woodland camo pattern, and have all the details you’d expect from such a pair: flapped back pockets, fatigue-style front pockets, and a classic, straight fit.

5) Shockoe Atelier: Fatigue Trouser – 9Oz. Tiger Stripe Camo Twill – Desert
Shockoe Atelier has a way of making camo pants seem more refined than those from other brands. The combination of the lighter colorway and slimmer fit of their Fatigue Trousers makes these 9 oz. Tiger Camo Fatigues much easier to work into previously camo-free wardrobes, and the finishing details are phenomenal: herringbone twill pocket bags, veg-tan waist patch, urea buttons, and pocket-reinforcing rivets.
