Nothing fancy, nothing flashy, just solid: who doesn’t want that in a pair of denim sometimes? We know we do, and that’s why we’ve chosen this pair of Unbranded UB101s for our Fade of the Day.
After four years and five washes, these jeans, from Minho Han of Los Angeles, have little of the original indigo left in them. Worn every day, the extensive fades are to be expected as are the crease patterns. The whiskers are especially pronounced while the honeycombs are more subtle but dramatic nonetheless.
As would be expected from a pair of jeans that are this old, and have had limited washing, there’s been some repair necessary, which Minho took care of personally. Overall these UB101s show tons of character and are well-deserving of our FotD.
